Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover has celebrated the MENA debut of Land Rover’s hotly-anticipated new Discovery Sport.
The vehicle was introduced at a launch event hosted last Wednesday at the recently-opened Land Rover Experience Centre at Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir.
Bruce Robertson, MD of Jaguar Land Rover MENA, said: “The Discovery Sport combines premium dynamic design and versatility which I’m confident will resonate on an emotional level with our MENA customers.”
A host of innovations include 5+2 seating, in an area no larger than existing five-seat premium SUVs. Its innovative rear axle also ensures the Discovery Sport is comfortable, to drive on-road, while retaining its all-terrain.
As for safety features, it boasts a first-in-class pedestrian airbag, autonomous emergency braking, and a state-of-the-art bodyshell combining high-strength steel and lightweight aluminium.
