Nothing says comfort like a banana smoothie. Here’s how you can make it healthier.
Freeze a few bananas overnight and then blend them with almond milk and a few soft dates.

You can add a teaspoon of coconut oil to enhance the taste and health benefits. And you can also add a teaspoon or two of raw cacao powder to give it a boost in taste and nutritional value.

This smoothie has no sugar and no milk so it’s much easier on the digestion and it’s great for an energy boost.

Grab this smoothie before or after a workout or take it with you in the morning when you’re rushed and you have no time for breakfast.

If you made too much to drink, pour the remainder in ice lolly containers and freeze to eat as popsicles later.
