Gulf Weekly Family-friendly Seef setting

A 29-storey freehold tower is currently on the rise in Seef district offering spacious interiors and state-of-the-art facilities for the entire family to enjoy.

The residential Seef Terraces, situated across from City Centre Bahrain, is being developed by Dadabhai Noon Real Estate and Pegasus Real Estate NAIBahrain will act as sales agents.

During the property launch, Aziz Mithaiwala, Pegasus’ managing director, revealed that construction started earlier this year and was set to be completed by March 2018 with apartments being handed over to residents two months later.

The $48,000,000 (BD18m) building will feature 173 studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with large private terraces boasting views of the sea and Manama’s skyline.

Mr Mithaiwala said: “Space, value and location are the core concepts for this tower. It’s definitely going to be a landmark in the area in terms of its location, because it is right across from City Centre Bahrain and also nearby the highway.

“We have designed ‘family centric’ apartments. We concentrated on trying to keep the apartments as spacious as possible featuring large floor to ceiling windows and glass facades - basically giving a lot of brightness to the apartment.

“However, we compromised on the number of apartments in the building. We could have built more, but we wanted to feature as many facilities as possible, as well as make sure that each apartment is spacious and comfortable.

“We recently held an open day for potential property-seekers and were thrilled with the feedback. They appreciated the competitive value of the apartments in relation to the sizes.”

Two show homes, a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom apartment, were unveiled at the event, giving a sneak peek of what will be available.

Prices start at BD60,500 for a 64sq/m studio apartment and up to BD161,150 for a 182sq/m three-bedroom apartment.

The eco-friendly building, which is designed to be earthquake resistant, will include a leisure and recreational deck with tennis and squash courts, a BBQ area, a jogging track, a cinema, a multi-purpose hall, an indoor basketball court, a billiards room, table tennis and a large outdoor landscaped play area for children.

There will also be separate spa and gym amenities for men and women, including steam, sauna and Jacuzzi rooms. Another highlight will be a rooftop infinity pool.

The first four floors will be dedicated to parking with more than 185 spaces for tenants. The tower will also be equipped with 24/7 CCTV security, access control entry-exit and a double height air-conditioned lobby with exquisite finishes.
