Gentleman, spring has arrived at City Centre Bahrain and the shopping mall has come alive with all the new colours and trends of the latest 2017 collections.

With the chance to win BD5,000 with every BD30 spent at the mall, it was time to check up on the latest seasonal offerings and to ensure staying cool this summer too.

First stop was Ted Baker London, a store full of bright stylish colours easy to combine into a striking outfit to step out into the sunshine. The coral polo for BD33 comes with a trendy rectangle geometric print in 100 per cent cotton. A pair of navy classic fit chinos for BD48.500 styled together the look nicely with a two-colour elastic belt for BD19.500. The outfit was finished off with an embossed flight bag for BD30 and a white pair of brogue detail trainers for BD66.

For a more formal occasion, there was a blue ‘debonair’ semi-plain suit jacket for BD189.500 with matching trousers for BD77. The stylish desk-to-dinner wool jacket could sharpen up any occasion with its modern cut. It combined classic with modern finishes which could completely up my style game.

Marks & Spencer has its new collection out as well and for those looking for more casual appeal would not go far wrong than with a narrow-striped espadrille for BD15.500. This shoe provides a classic option for those lazy sunshine days with friends. I paired it with an airy linen shirt in smokey blue for BD28 and a pure linen trouser in beige for BD30. This whole outfit reminds me of relaxing weekends spent with friends at the Lagoon on Amwaj Islands.

Inside Jeremy Hackett there were plenty of trendy touches to be discovered in the men’s accessories department. A pair of brown lace leather docksiders were BD75 which paired well with a parachute belt for BD42. For those men looking for travel goods, you can bag yourself an accessory that will actually last with its stylish blue/white striped tobacco-coloured toiletry piece for BD132. There was also a man’s matching collection set in navy. The wash-bag was BD55, billfold wallet BD61 and the travel card a snip at BD55.

Don’t forget to shop for a chance to win this season’s most desirable wardrobe worth BD 5,000. Visit the nearest ‘Receipts Redemption Kiosk’ or the mall’s customer service desks to receive an electronic coupon on your mobile phone, for every BD30 spent. The draw will take place on April 2. Also, if you spend BD50 or more at any of the fashion stores you will also have the chance to instantly win a selection of luxury fashion items.
