Property developers Fontana Real Estate has signed a management agreement with the Royal Golf Club (RGC) for a nine-hole golf course being created at Fontana Gardens Towers located in Juffair, on the new Saud Al Faisal Road.

Under the agreement, the facility will host courses for beginners as well as offer a challenge to enthusiasts.

Fontana Gardens, owned by Fontana Infinity Properties, consists of three Towers with 413 one, two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom apartments with maid service, the first of its kind in the kingdom.

Eman Al Mannai, general manager of business development and sales at Fontana Real Estate, believes the golf course will further ‘enhance the confidence’ of customers to invest in the project.

“This Miniature Golf Course will provide a fun, family activity and atmosphere to the residents and will be another amenity of the property which is sure to be a popular attraction,” said Stephen Havrilla, RGC’s GM, who added that the club would be working in association with Fontana Gardens and Royal Ambassador Property in managing the facility.

Fontana Golf Links feature ‘state-of-the-art artificial grass’ and is set to open after Ramadan, said the RGC.
