It’s time to get rid of old dresses, tops and trousers that will never be worn again and add new trends and colours to brighten up your wardrobe.

Fashion for 2018 is all about being bold and daring in mixed prints and sheer panels while also staying soft and feminine in pastel colours and ruffled hemlines.

Vogue Concept Boutique in Al Aali Shopping Complex in Seef is highlighting the latest styles found on the runway from Elliatt, Explosion, Jayley and Keepsake to ‘kickstart the New Year with a new you’, it says.

Elliatt is an Australian brand known for its fine detailing such as embroidery, laces and specialty fabrications. It is recognised internationally as an established women’s wear label offering fashion forward, yet effortlessly classic occasion and ready-to-wear products.

The collection features feminine and flattering cuts with off-the-shoulder jumpsuits and dresses as well as lacey and ruffled cocktail dresses.

The ruffles trend is also found in the Explosion brand which features other desired looks such as dresses in solid colours and balloon sleeves. These dresses are fit for any occasion.

The rise of the ruffle, edgy cuts and slit skirts continues at the other Australian fashion label called Keepsake. Just like Elliatt, this brand is also a favourite in Bahrain for its colours and shapes and designed for women ‘who live on the edge’ when it comes to style. Halters, strapless and tankini dresses are still popular in 2018 but made even more provocative with lace embellishments, peplums and geometric cuts.

Stay cosy in Jayley’s faux fur ponchos and capes that can fashionably layer up any cocktail dress or gown. The British brand works with ‘ethically sourced’ premium fabrics.
