Three happy shoppers are this week celebrating generous cash prizes after participating in a popular store’s hot summer promotion.
A raffle draw was part of Al Hawaj’s ‘3 Hot Days’ celebration which was held at all of its outlets in collaboration with Credimax.
Ali Al Eskati won the grand $5,000 prize, Ahmed Al Bastaki bagged $3,000 and Ali Al Herz walked away with $2,000.
The draw was held at the group’s Salmaniya branch with the winners being contacted by Al Hawaj general manager Abdulwahab Al Hawaj with a surprise celebratory call to their mobile numbers.
Managing director Jawad Al Hawaj and Industry Commerce and Tourism representative Shafi Al Balushi were also present at the event, alongside Credimax merchant services and sales manager Khalid Showaiter and Al Hawaj operations manager Shyam Narayanan.
Shyam said the annual promotion was celebrating its 20th year, continued to be extremely popular with customers and had once more been a ‘phenomenal success’. “We thank everyone for their support and participation,” he added.
Other prizes won in the raffle draw included Samsung LED TVs, Samsung refrigerators, Samsung digital cameras, perfume sets, watches, Omniah gift cards and other gifts.
