I recently had a bit of a fiasco with my trusted scales. After the over-indulgence of Christmas I was happily surprised that I had only gained a few pounds and with the promise of a new beginning in January set about to increase my exercise and tone away those mince pies.

Each book is a brand new portal to a new thought, each page is a platform for intellectual contemplation and each word is a new feeling. Being an avid reader and book-lover, the digitalisation of books has troubled me on multiple occasions. I do know that this statement may make people feel that I bring along a fair share of irrationality in this approach but there is something beyond the transit into e-books that I find disturbing.

I would like to suggest that flight boarding passes be printed on the red buses on the airport route as this would prove convenient and time-saving for passengers and help them avoid long queues in Departures.
