Ericsson employees in Bahrain participated in a one-day workshop "Walking on Fire" at Movenpick Hotel.
The workshop had many activities like team-building, motivation, harmony, tonic effects and fear (fake evidence appearing real) to show the participants how to awaken the awesome motivation that allows them to create and achieve their own destiny. Also, it shaped their self-confidence and their personal sovereignty. The main aim of this programme was to show participants that everything is achievable. The training ended with a spectacular Fire Walk in which all participants took part.
