Todd Gillespie narrowly clinched first prize in an all day stableford competition at Riffa Golf Club when he narrowly won the 0 – 12 handicap section with 33 points on count back.
Sattam Algosaibi had to settle for second place, also on 33 points while Kevin Duncan came third with 32 points on count back.
The 13 – 36 handicap section of the competition was also closely fought with Dawie Van Der Berg taking first place with 37 points on count back.
Robert Craquelin was second, also on 37, and Damon McCree was close behind on 36.
Additional prizes were awarded to Robert Craquelin and Yojiro Izumi for coming nearest to the pin on the 13th and 16th holes respectively. Nearly 70 golfers took part in the competition.
