Gulf Weekly Summer jobs vital

The summer holiday is at its climax and we all have time on our hands.

We are now faced with the big question: What are we supposed to do with all this free time?
So, what can one do to have fun, gain experience and receive a reward at the end of all the effort? The answer comes in two simple words: summer job!
In recent times Bahrain has witnessed an increase in the number of young people applying for summer jobs in many places, namely shopping malls, coffee shops and retail shops.
This is indeed a very good sign for the kingdom since many are showing they are willing to spend their time earning their own income through hard work.
An average position can earn you between 50-120 dinars over the course of two months.
What advantages do these jobs bring about? Well:
Firstly, these summer posts keep youngsters off the streets.
Secondly, they offer young people responsibility.
Furthermore, when a teenager comes in direct contact with customers, they experience personal contact and learn the art of communication which is vital and essential     tools in the labour market.
Moreover, these jobs serve as a guide to what is to come in the future outside of an scool and an education.
But best of all, the jobs pay very good money – and everyone needs some extra cash!
