Zayani Motors, the exclusive dealers of Mitsubishi in the kingdom, has been awarded with the Service Excellence Award from Mitsubishi Motors, Japan at a press conference that was held in Cairo.
The award was received by Zayani Motors' assistant service manager Adel Abbas, from MMC general manager, overseas service department, Nobuyoshi Takechi.
Mitsubishi Motors appreciated the efforts put in by Zayani Motors' service department on the level of technical information exchanged. This in turn has helped them increase the technical standards of services and facilities offered in the region.
At Zayani Motors, every measure is taken to ensure a hassle-free motoring experience through the best services with the least waiting period, a spokesman said.
Complimented by a well-trained crew of technical staff, the service department features the latest equipment and facilities in the industry that are on par with international standards.
