Card campaign could cover the cost of summer

Bahrain credit card company CrediMax has launched a new campaign to cover the cost of a summer spending spree for some lucky customers.

Until the end of August whenever customers use a CrediMax Visa, MasterCard or JCB Card to make purchases they will be instantly enrolled into a cash back raffle. Each transaction made in Bahrain entitles the cardholder to one entry and every transaction made overseas doubles the chance of winning.

Nader Al Soufi, head of business development, said: "The value-add of this promotion is the cash back offer. There are five winners selected each month, in total 15 winners over a three-month period.

"Every time a winner is announced, their prize will be a cash-back on the total value of the amount spent by them on the card for that month. The amount could vary from BD100 up to a maximum of BD1,000 for each winner, depending on the amount spent, credited to the winner's card account."
