Batelco, the kingdom's leading integrated communications provider, is sponsoring this weekend's first ever Bahrain International Airshow which takes place at the Sakhir Airbase.

The event is set to attract thousands including leading aviation business leaders alongside enthusiasts and families wooed by the thrills of world famous aerobatic display teams and a host of other attractions.

Batelco senior management recently signed the sponsorship contract with the event's organising committee of the Bahrain International Airshow.

Captain Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Gaoud, vice-president of the Bahrain International Airshow Organizing Committee, said: "We are truly pleased to partner-up with Batelco and look forward to a successful airshow that brings international representatives of the industry to Bahrain".
