Gulf Weekly Manara launches new projects

The Bahrain-based Manara Development Company has launched two of its eight multi-use projects in Tubli and Jeblat Hebshi.

Managing director Dr Hassan Al Bastaki (pictured, right) said: "The two new plans are part of eight projects that Manara is developing, ranging between residential, freehold ownership and light industrial.

"Tubli Gardens and Kenaz Al Bahrain, located in Jeblat Hebshi, will be used for residential purposes targeting Bahrainis and Gulf nationals.

"We've conducted an extensive amount of research and many technical studies to identify the requirements of the current market and what Bahraini families and Gulf nationals need. The design and construction of the villas provide privacy to the owners; the geographical location and environment are ideal and the housing units are affordable to middle income families."

Tubli Gardens consists of 27 semi-attached villas, called model villas. There are also bigger villas known as corner villas. The villas consist of three spacious rooms, two kitchens (internal and external), three bathrooms and halls, parking for two cars and offer the possibility of construction of a swimming pool in the backyard.

Kenaz Al Bahrain, which is located near the Ishbiliya Project, consists of 52 modern villas targeting middle income families wishing to own homes that offer a combination of privacy, luxurious amenities and spacious surroundings.

Villa costs for both projects vary starting from around BD84,000. The projects are expected to be completed within 18 months.

Manara's sales and information centre is located in Seef, opposite the Bapco Service Station. Interested buyers can contact +973 16516500 for further information on the projects.
