EURO Motors launched two new BMW Group models, the all-new BMW 6 Series Coupé and the first-ever MINI Coupé, at a ceremony in Sitra.
The launch took place in the presence of company officials and media representatives who gathered to get a glimpse of the new cars on Wednesday.
Euro Motors marketing manager Majid Al Zayani said that the new Mini Cooper S Coupé, would offer driving enthusiasts across Bahrain a level of agility ‘unmatched’ in the small car segment.
He said: “As the first two-seater in the Mini line-up, the Mini Coupe breathes new life into its successful racing history and provides a shot in the arm for the super-compact sports car class.”
Hamid Haqparwar, BMW Group Middle East area manager, described the BMW 6 Series Coupé as a model that oozes grace, style, sophistication and a beautiful design.
He said: “The all-new 6 Series Coupé will fascinate sports car lovers in Bahrain and definitely cause their hearts to beat a little faster.
“I believe this model will open up a new chapter to a tradition of impressive BMW cars that stretches back decades and I have no doubt it will help contribute to another successful year for BMW Group Middle East and Euro Motors.”

Under the bonnet, the BMW 6 Series Coupé comes with an eight-cylinder engine with two variants: 650i and 640i with twin turbo power. Meanwhile, the sleek new Mini Cooper S Coupe is available with a 1.6-litre 4-clynder engine.
Prices for the BMW 6 Series Coupé and Mini Cooper S Coupé start from BD38,000 and BD14,000 respectively.
