Euro Motors, the BMW Group importer in Bahrain, is forging ahead with upgrades to several areas of its business to improve customer service.

The company says its increase in sales during the first five months of this year was due to enhanced customer service offering, extensive product offering and premium facilities.

In 2012, the importer invested more than BD10,000 into upgrading its aftersales facilities, investing in training its employees and launching customer-focused initiative.

Euro Motors has introduced a new BMW Aftersales Service shift to increase efficiency and offer improved services to its customers, as well as quicker service turnaround times with the Fast Lane Servicing, extended warranties and service packages.

It has also set up an agreement with Zayani Leasing, through which customers can opt for the special leasing offer on the BMW 520i. There is also an exclusive leasing offer on the BMW X5 and BMW X6 for June for BD399 per month and BD499 per month respectively. 

The company plans to further improve its facilities and business processes through a number of new initiatives, including: increased staffing in its call centre, further development of its customer relationship management department and the launch of new BMW Group international training programmes for its staff.

Euro Motors is also collaborating with PUMA to assist with fault diagnosis and guidance and offer measures for resolving technical difficulties.
