CORAL BAY Lounge and Beach Resort collaborated with FashionTV to host one of the biggest and most fashionable grand prix celebrations on the island.
Nothing is more hip than a black-tie event to mix and mingle with fellow Formula One fans. Night of the butterflies or ‘Nuit Des Papillons’ Fashion TV Party rocked away on the beach with full beat support by Dutch DJ/Producer Patrick Hagenaar who gave a big ‘I heart’ back to the pumped-up crowd.
The stage was lit up with the massive iconic FashionTV logo. Strobe lights danced with neon flashes that highlighted the gorgeous aerial acrobats and eager crowd of fashionistas. These talented ribbon ballerinas hung from metal beams using nets and ribbons with grace as projected alien-like dudes rocked in sync with the music.
Spring/Summer 2015 brings us the ‘black and white’ trend and the two tones gave so many options for attendees at this fashion soiree. Ladies and gents were all decked out in various graphics and textures that brought monochrome magic to the island … although some preferred multi-coloured party attire, horrendous hats and donned rather outrageous shades too, probably in an attempt to hide their identities!
