The Bahrain International Property Exhibition, BIPEX 2016, will take place on November 3-5. More than 7,000 visitors attended last year’s show and organisers, the Bahrain Society of Engineers, believe that an increased interest in the real estate sector will result in the coming event attracting even more.

Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, pictured right, chairman of this organising committee said: “BIPEX comes at a time when there is a sizeable pipeline of infrastructure investments across the region indirectly paralleling the insurmountable growth in global connectivity. “The increase in momentum of the progressing economy is evident in recent months with respect to the GCC Development Fund. The total value of projects rose from $2.2 billion in Q4 2014 to $3.6 billion exactly one year later. “Set amidst this backdrop, I believe that we are exceptionally well-placed to launch BIPEX 2016 in its new edition in November.”

BIPEX 2016 will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister.
