THE Whisperer had three pedestrians, one a teenager, a mother holding a child’s hand, and a businessman walk in front of his car in the middle of Exhibitions Avenue on his way to a meeting with his esteemed editor. It has been suggested that this would be an ideal place to erect one of these signs.
