The Lost Paradise of Dilmun Waterpark (LPOD) is all set to celebrate the upcoming Eid holidays with a live music extravaganza.

In addition to all the rides, slides and family fun, the waterpark is splashing out for Khaleeji music lovers with a three-day line-up on its popular beach area. 

Renowned Iraqi singer Ammar Mjbeel will delight fans on the third day of Eid, in addition to popular Arab singers Abdulla Al Shahi and Abdulla Salem who will perform back-to-back during the festivities.

Local DJs will also be on set every day playing popular Arabic and English songs on the music deck.

“LPOD Waterpark is the place to be for the Eid holidays,” said LPOD Water-park’s senior PR & marketing manager, Cristina Fulgencio, who is looking forward to ‘soaking up’ the celebrations alongside what the waterpark hopes will be a record crowd.

“We have entertainers and a huge range of exciting activities for families and teenagers. It promises to be an adrenaline-filled weekend of thrills and spills.”

The entire food & beverage department are also in celebratory mood. To further tempt the taste buds of visitors, Gilgamesh its indoor restaurant, will deliver an Eid buffet with starters, main courses and desserts. It will be available on the second and third day of Eid, as well as on Friday.

Get ready to make a real sunny splash

 

The Lost Paradise of Dilmun Waterpark Bahrain is offering family and friends an unforgettable summer season with the launch of its 2017 ‘Your Summer Story begins here’ campaign with musical festivals and colourful street acts.

The venue, which covers an overall area of approximately 77,000sqm, with a built-up area of 45,000sqm, is based on the history of ancient Dilmun period with more than 500 stone sculptures and fittings to emphasise the theme.

 The park features a range of attractions to keep visitors entertained more than 20 rides and slides as well as a sandy beach. Major slides have also been added to the line-up, including the seven-storey high Aqua Loop Rocket Slide.

The rocket, as featured in GulfWeekly, allows guests to experience a vertical free-fall drop, sliding down a tube amidst whizzing lights and special effects.

For the younger ones, a family favourite pirate ship adventure includes slides and splash activities in a playhouse setting to delight children and parents.
