The all-new Mercedes-Benz GLB SUV was unveiled at Al Haddad Motors recently and is now available for a test-drive.
The latest addition to the German marquee, the compact GLB SUV boasts bold off-road design paired with its hallmark luxury interior.
On the outside, the muscular contoured vehicle shoulder dominates the side view at the height of the C-pillar, an effect reinforced by the rising waistline.
The doors reach over the side bar, improving ease of access, and keeping its apertures free of soiling as well as increasing protection in a side impact.
On the inside, the instrument panel consists of a single piece, with optical cut-outs in the driver and front passenger area.
The driver faces a widescreen cockpit, with the built-in Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) digital assistant. The compact beast is powered by a four-cylinder petrol engine and comes with driving assistance systems inspired by the S-Class.
In addition to the Active Steering Assist, there is also the intuitive Active Lane Change Assist and optional Active Parking Assist with Parktronic.
The new addition was unveiled by Mercedes-Benz’s exclusive dealer in Bahrain, Al Haddad Motors’ board members and management.
