Sushi enthusiasts can enjoy an unlimited selection of hand-rolled uramaki and expertly prepared bites at Thai Lounge. From classic California rolls to spicy salmon creations, the offering features a variety of flavours made to order from the à la carte menu.
Priced at BD18.500, the experience is available daily from 6pm to 9pm.
For a taste of Italy, Primavera invites guests to a vibrant brunch featuring authentic Italian cuisine, from saffron arancini and fresh seafood to tiramisu prepared tableside. Complemented by live entertainment, the brunch promises a lively setting for a memorable afternoon with family and friends.
The brunch is available every Friday from 12.30pm to 4pm, priced at BD35 per adult with soft beverages or BD45 with selected beverages. Children aged four to 12 dine for BD17.500, including soft beverages.
At Ritz Gourmet Lounge, guests can savour a refined take on a popular Mumbai street-food favourite. Indian-spiced vegetable sliders, topped with onion and mint sauce and served in toasted brioche buns, come accompanied by salad and French fries.
Available daily from noon to 10.30pm, the dish is priced at BD9.
Coffee lovers can also discover a trio of Golden Créma creations at Ritz Gourmet Lounge, crafted with Illy Créma coffee for a rich and indulgent experience. Paired with delicate sweets, the selection offers a sophisticated twist on a coffee break.
Available à la carte daily from 8am to 11pm, the creations offer a tempting treat throughout the day.
Meanwhile, Nirvana sets the scene for a midweek feast with an indulgent selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian tandoor platters. Served with freshly baked Indian bread, signature sauces and a curated selection of house beverages, the offering celebrates the bold, smoky flavours and aromatic spices of Indian cuisine.
Priced at BD15, the experience is available every Tuesday from 7pm to 10.30pm.
