The new millennials prefer texting over legitimate human interaction, and it’s no secret that text messaging has changed the way we communicate, but it has also changed the meaning of sentences, punctuation and grammar.

One of the perils of parking around the Hoora area is trying to find a safe and secure place to park, particularly over the weekend when the area’s hotels and apartments receive a mass arrival of weekend tourists from across the Causeway. It was with great relief that with saturation point being reached over the Eid holiday the big boss’s prime parking bay was empty. The delighted Editor of this newspaper gleefully parked his beloved Charger and went to work only to be greeted moments later by the sound of crash, bang, wallop.
