Harbour Gate is hosting a ‘Bahrain Through Our Eyes” exhibition on behalf of the Philippines Embassy. This event is a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Bahrain.

A total of 40 artists has exhibited 180 artwork pieces in the art gallery, both on the third floor and in the centre of the second floor of Harbour Gate.

The exhibition features various art works showcasing Bahrain, as seen through the lens of the Filipino artists.  The art works include paintings using oil, acrylic, water-based paint, charcoal and mixed media, as well as photography.  The exhibit will be open to public until September 29.

 

The fifth annual Kids ‘R’ Golden Walk-A-Thon will be held on September 28 on behalf of the Smile Initiative, which supports children with cancer and their parents. It will take place between 3pm-8pm at the Prince Khalifa bin Salman Park in Hidd.
