Renowned Palestinian-American comedian and writer Amer Zahr is set to stage his highly-anticipated show The Truth this weekend.
Guests can expect an evening of laughter, insight and honesty as Amer tackles a range of topics as he draws on his Palestinian-American experiences, at The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa in Manama on Saturday, at 5pm and 8pm.
Blending humour with poignant social commentary, The Truth explores cultural nuances, identity, and the absurdities of everyday life. Amer’s sharp wit and stage presence have earned him acclaim worldwide.
“I am thrilled to share The Truth with the vibrant audiences of Bahrain, and I might make you laugh and cry in the same show,” Amer said, adding that ‘comedy can bring out every emotion in our hearts’.
As part of his wider tour across the region, Amer will grace the stage at prestigious venues including The Dubai Opera House, The American University of Kuwait and The Rainbow Theatre in Jordan.
