A cooking demonstration was presented by the resort’s Executive Chef Azzam Semaan, who revealed his secret recipe and shared some techniques in preparing a set of Mediterranean menu. The visit was part of a Culinary Art Tour, a familiarisation programme organised by the university, visiting some of the best star hotels in Bahrain, to learn and practice with the experts.
