Y K Almoayyed and Sons honoured Fatin Hussain Ahmed for gaining a Certificate of Excellence award by the Labour Ministry.

Chairman Farouk Almoayyed cited Ms Fatin as an excellent example of a Bahraini employee and wished the award will  motivate other staff members to a better career.

Baskin Robbins opened a new outlet at Isa Town Mall. Fahad A Rafea from the Seef Properties attended the ceremony as a special guest.

Sadiq Ali Hassan, Ebrahim Abdulla Asheer and Abdulla Abdul Karim Hassan Bucheeri each won BD100 in Bahrain Islamic Bank’s second draw to reward customers who update their details with the bank. This event was part of the launch of the Bank’s new core banking system. The prize draw was held in the presence of Commerce and Industry Ministry licensing office Ammar Al Muqhawi, local branches and customer services senior manager Mohsin Al Khan, operations senior manager Mohamed Al Khajah, corporate communications supervisor Mona Bahlool and other bank officials.

Winners of Al Hawaj raffle were announced at its outlet in Seef Mall. Mohammed Najeeb Al Kooheji won the first prize of Samsung 40-inch LCD TV and Isa Abdulla a Samsung 42-inch plasma. Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix tickets were won by Riyadh, holder of ticket 5882, Helen Sopher, Jaffar Abdul Redha, Vineesh Padinmara and Nafisa Duabal. Dalal Ali Hassan Al Sehlawi won a Samsung digital camera, Fousia Faisal a Samsung home theatre equipment and Kawla Ebrahim a Samsung MP3 player. The grand draw for the Jaguar car will be held on July 7 at Al Hawaj outlet, Salmaniya.
