Shaikh, Rattle And Roll!

IT is a young man’s fantasy to become a rock star – and Shaikh Hassan bin Rashid Al Khalifa, a.k.a. Shake, is making the dream a reality.

With his band Brothermandude’s debut album released to rave reviews in recent weeks, Shake is set for rock stardom.
Having completed two US tours and gathered a loyal following in Bahrain and Dubai, Shake and the band plan to conquer the UK next and place Bahrain firmly on the musical map.  
Shake has offered a young GulfWeekly reader the chance to own the guitar that he used whilst composing the songs on the band’s new album, through Radio Bahrain presenter and Kids Klub columnist Krazy Kevin.
“It’s my favourite guitar and the only reason I’m giving it up is to do something special for Bahrain,” says Shake.
