Chaine des Rotisseurs members and guests enjoyed a carnival-themed dinner at the Crown Plaza’s Waves restaurant.
The menu for the six-course dinner was created by the hotel’s food and beverage director Julian Lowry. The restaurant personnel were dressed in colourful apparel and the music and decor reflected a Caribbean ambience.
