Gulf Weekly  Pepper prawns

Ingredients
Jumbo prawns 6 pieces
Cooking oil  2 tbs  
Chopped red onion 1 tbs  
Ginger 3 sliced pieces 
Black pepper corn crushed 1 tbs
Onion cut diced 30gm
Bell pepper cut diced 50gm
Red chili sliced 10gm
Spring onion 20
White soy sauce 2tbs
Oyster sauce 1tbs
Chili oil 1tbs
Sesame oil 1tbs
Stock 5tbs

Method
Put the oil into the wok add chopped red onion, ginger and black pepper stir for one minute.
Then add the jumbo prawns and stir until prawn are medium cook add onion, bell pepper, chili, spring onion, stock and seasoning with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil and sesame oil stir and mixed well.
Remove from the wok transfer into the serving plate.
