THE methods of getting rid of cellulite are controversial to say the least.

The cottage cheese that seems to gather on the back of the thighs and other spots are best eliminated by working it off in an aerobic programme. Spot exercises fail miserably. Running, walking, dancing, swimming, and skating rev up the body’s metabolism for burning fat throughout the body.
Work off cellulite in your tub. Lie on your stomach, bend one knee, raise and lower heel to the ceiling. Try not to drown doing this exercise.
Some cellulite marks that are so unsightly can be demised with massage. Break open a vitamin E capsule with a safety pin (1,000 units), and rub into those pesky areas.

Sleep for beauty
No doubt about it. When we don’t get enough sleep we do not look well. We all need at least eight hours of sleep and that would be uninterrupted sleep.
Tossing and turning or awakening several times a night is detrimental not only to your looks, but to your overall psyche. Unfortunately, it’s not always so easy to fall aasleep and stay asleep. But there are remedies to put the odds in your favour. These are:
Melatonin – this is the supplement you’ve been reading about, “nature’s sleeping pill.”taken 20 minutes before bedtime, melatonin surely is worth a try.
Some users have expressed concern about nightmarish dreams, while others have praised the vivid, lucid dreams they have been experiencing.
Although still controversial, this supplement has been linked to anti-aging properties.
Eat early – there are important reaons why one should not eat past 5pm or 6pm. Late night eating is always the cause of difficulty in sleeping.
You will most likely end up wide awake as your body needs to digest your last meal. A lot of people know that late meals are not good for weight reduction.
Scent you pillow – add a few drops of eucalyptus to promote breathing. Stuffy nalsal passages, due to cold, allergies, flu can cause you to awaken during the night. Or try what I normally do ... I use a few drops of lavender as it gives me some peace of mind and calms me. I like using “peace of mind” by ORIGINS – rub a small amount on your temples at the back of your ear and back of your neck. It works!
Drink tea – there are several kinds of tea in the market that induce sleep.  Camomile tea promotes sleep, but is also a diuretic, defeating its purpose.
Set your clock – try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day, including weekends. Your body will try to adjust to a regular schedule. Sleeping in weekends will disrupt your body’s inner clock.
Sleeping on your back – here’s an age old beauty secret that you won’t pay a cent for, but could save you dozens of wrinkles over the years.
Wrinkles form on the side that you sleep on.
Try to train yourself to sleep on your back and invest on satin pillow covers. The fabric is so soft and slippery that it will make your face slide thus discouraging wrinkles to form.
Keep it cool – a slightly cool room is in fact a beauty treatment where-as a room that is too hot can cause you to perspire therefore causing your skin to become oily which can clog pores.
Also, it will be best to sleep on bed clothing that breathes.
Get  plenty of exercise! – though it can make you all wired up – so then try to do some stretching to relax your muscles – this way it helps promote those zzzzzs.
Wash off your makeup – PLEASE! Remove every bit of that makeup before going to bed. This way you avoid that build up of bacteria and acne.
Take a bath – AHHHHHH! My fave as this makes me get into a sleep mode. This makes you feel good slipping into the sheets and thus giving you that restful and peaceful feeling.
At night use the heaviest moisturiser to make up for the loss of water. Use vitamin C or puncture that capsule of vitamin C and add it to your moisturiser.
Elevate your head with a firm pillow to avoid puffiness but make sure that it is not too high as this can cause a double chin!
