¥ Twenty Goan dramatists will feature in a play entitled Amkam Xhanti Dhi (Give Us Peace) on November 22, at the Sea Shell Hotel in Adliya. The play will start at 8pm. 
It is being organised by FFR Production and Bahrain Goans, who operate under the umbrella of the Bahrain-based Folk Theatre.
Performers include Succurine, Joana, Domnic and Luis Bachchan backed by singers Bab Andrew, Albert, Francis De Tuem, S Lemos, Xavier Gomes and Marcus Vaz.
The cast also includes Aplon, Olga, Dolla, Pradeep Naik and Anil Pednekar who are all established names on the Goan stage. The play is directed by dramatist Mariano Fernandes. Show begins at 8pm. Tickets are priced at BD5, BD4 and BD3. For details contact 39672776 or 39251103.   
¥ The Kerala Catholic Association (KCA) in association with the Soorya - Bahrain chapter is set to stage the Rhythm Nite 2007 on November 30 at the Indian School in Isa Town and will take place on November 30 from 7.30pm. 
Directed by Soorya Krishnamoorthy, the show will feature contemporary Indian dance and drama theatre troupe - Samudra and seven member music group - Trisakthi as well as a list of playback singers. ¥ The Filipino Club Sayaw Unlimited in cooperation with the Philippine Embassy is hosting a Sige Baile! Salsa and Latin charity dance project on November 30 at 8pm at the Baan Saeng Thai Auditorium. Proceedings of the event will be passed on to FCSU's "Pasko sa OWWA Charity Fund Drive" for the distressed Filipino workers and for a Bahrain charitable institution. ¥ St Christopher's Senior School Production, 'The Black Remote,' is set to take stage on November 27, 28 and 29. A strong cast of around thirty students will enact the play by Glyn Maxwell - a modern retelling of the myth of Pandora's Box. The heroes - Polly and Norman, are thrown into a world that transforms and regenerates when they touch the forbidden black remote and three winged creatures - Glimmer, Leach and Nono, appear. The imposing television set, the XL8-Kobra-Klassik, casts a shadow over the stage, inviting the audience to consider the evils of the modern world.
