THE_Spice Girls comeback was marked by lip-synching last Thursday as they mimed their way through a couple of tracks during a Victoria's Secret fashion show.
What's that all about? Why make a comeback at all if you're not confident enough in your ability to actually sing the songs.
So much has been talked about this reunion and tickets for the concerts sold out in record time. The girls are making an estimated £50 million for a few months of work, so the least they could do is do it properly.
And while on the subject of the Spice Girls, it seems that all is not perfect in Paradise. Sporty Spice - Mel C - is said to be hitting out at the number of children that will be tagging along on tour.
With seven children between them the girls have a veritable nursery along for the ride.
Sporty - the only one without children - is quoted as saying: "Travelling around the world and living out of a suitcase is no place for a baby. If I'm lucky enough to be blessed with a kid, then I want to be a regular mother ... I wouldn't want to be travelling all over the world with them strapped to my back". (Do you hear the faint sound of hissing cats anyone?)
While she might have a valid point, making such an obvious dig at her band mates before the tour has even started is hardly a way to promote peace, love and butterflies among the girls. Ho Hum!
