Information and communication technology resellers in Bahrain got together to witness the launch of Kanoo Information Technology as the distributor for Microsoft OEM products at an official launch at the Crowne Plaza Hotel recently.
The function, which was attended by more than 75 guests from the reseller community and officials from E K Kanoo Group, was jointly organised by Kanoo IT and Microsoft Gulf.
Microsoft Gulf OEM distribution manager Shibu John Mathew said: "I am overwhelmed by the response from the IT resellers in Bahrain and your long standing demand for a local distributor for Microsoft OEM products in now a reality. Microsoft has done thorough analysis of the Bahrain market before appointing Kanoo IT as a distributor and I am confident that Kanoo IT is capable and fully geared up to satisfy your requirements."
