Eireen's big heart wins accolade

The Ascott Group awarded Somerset Al Fateh's Eireen Danae Alano, guest service officer, with its coveted Heartware Award.

The award programme recognises employees' efforts to provide outstanding service. Every quarter, top performing employees are awarded for going the extra mile for residents.

Eireen received the award through her involvement in the planning of a resident's programme - an activity aimed to introduce the residents to Ramadan traditions. Her knowledge and eloquence helped answer numerous queries as she is able to explain the tradition clearly.

Anthony Ow, area general manager for Ascott International Management, Gulf Region, awarded Eireen a certificate of recognition and a cash prize.
