A 30-storey residential tower, with studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, is being built at Arjan, a development within Dubailand, catering to the needs of the entire family.

The design of the 300 million dirhams (BD30 million) Siraj Tower draws inspiration from Spanish and Roman architecture, with the architectural concepts of balance and symmetry ruling the overall design of the structure.

Haider Abdul Reda Mashhadi, managing director, Al Madar Group, said: "Siraj Tower is set to be one of the most sought-after residential projects in Dubailand, with its eye-catching design, luxurious interiors and state-of-the-art amenities."

Facilities at Siraj Tower include a reception lobby, four high-speed elevators plus a separate service lift, two swimming pools (one for children), Jacuzzi, separate ladies and gents sauna and steam room, fully-equipped gym, excellent communication facilities, 24/7 security and maintenance, ample parking facilities, party hall and children's play room.

The tower will also be fitted with a 'Homenet' system providing additional security and lifestyle facilities.

Keith Pepperdine, sales and marketing director of Al Madar Group, added: "Siraj Tower will epitomise luxury living in every aspect; with attention to detail and our steadfast commitment to offer facilities and services of the finest quality.

"With the property market in Dubai continuing its unparalleled growth, the demand for quality, residential apartments is at an all-time high, which means that we are certain to receive an overwhelming response for Siraj Tower when it is open for sale."

Construction of the tower will commence in May and is scheduled for completion by 2010.
