Mothercare has launched its new spring/summer collection' line across all its brands available in the region.
Mothercare, a part of the Landmark Group, sells both clothing and kids accessories for over six international brands. Amongst these, Mothercare also recently acquired Lee Cooper, Kappa and Maui & Sons which are exclusively available at all their stores across the region.
This season's collection showcases a wide variety of bold colours with a strong emphasis on shades of red, blue, yellows and even greens. Complementing the bright colours, which are emphasised throughout the season's collections, there are also fabric combinations with detailing, using a variety of materials including sequins and glitter prints.
The range of colours and combinations that are available in the store, allows for a wider choice available to the consumer. From basic styles to the latest trends, the new collections available at Mothercare aim to suit each child's individual personality and attitude.
For girls there is a strong presence of printed fabrics, similar to those seen on international catwalks throughout this season's collection.
In addition to their existing stable, Mothercare has recently launched three new brands to be available exclusively at their stores within the region.
Lee Cooper, the fashionable denim name from the UK, this week launched its Spring Summer '08 collection in three themes. The first of which is 'Beach Rock' followed by 'Made in Paradise' and finally 'Party Surf'.
New brand Maui and Sons aims to delight those who yearn for sun, sand and surf. Its collection, which includes beach wear, swim wear and lifestyle wear has also developed specific themes to suit the needs of consumers depending on their taste and lifestyle.
For girls there is 'Island Grain' which is a trendy take on beach wear. For those with attitude Maui and Sons has created the 'Rock' collection which pays tribute to those 'dare to wear' days. Finally, 'Island power' has been designed specifically for boys with a distinct fashionable beach look.
Kappa, one of the oldest sports brands, recently unveiled its spring collection at Mothercare. It consists of a complete range of sporting attire which includes footwear for aspiring young athletes.
Not leaving those important teenage years out, Mothercare introduces a new collection from Posh. Catering to 10-16 years olds, this season's new collection speaks attitude for those youngsters daring to be different.
Created to cater to the every changing fashion conscious need of teenagers the new collection is an array of colours and styles to suit the teenagers of today. With accessories to match, Posh's new collection is set to impress even the most style conscious, allowing teenagers to mix-and-match to customise to their personality.
Available at all stores within the region, the new collections available at Mothercare is set to allow children to step out in true style this season, a company spokesman said.
