Contemporary Swiss watch brand, Villemont, has announced the launch of two new watches - the 'Night Hawk' and the 'Arctic Explorer Lewis Pugh Limited Edition.'
Created to celebrate arctic explorer Lewis Pugh, the limited edition is a sporty, masculine and elegant automatic chronograph, and is the model that accompanied polar adventurer Pugh throughout his voyage to the North Pole.
Limited to only 50 pieces, it is equipped with the 'Solar Navigator' system which allows easy orientation based on the position of the sun and shade.
A portion of the proceeds of the sale of this watch will be donated to the global conservation organisation, the WWF, to support their fight against global warming and specifically their mission to save Polar regions.
The jewel-encrusted Night Hawk contemporary collection comes in six different versions including brilliant-cut diamonds, baguette-cut diamonds, black brilliant-cut diamonds, black baguette-cut diamonds, orange sapphires and rubies.
The Night Hawk is equipped with a VM 107 calibre and features a date at 3 o'clock, a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock, small-seconds at 9 o'clock and a 30-minute counter at 12 o'clock.
Its 48-hour power reserve is decorated in the tradition of Swiss watch-making - circular-grained bars and blue screw heads.
Villemont is exclusively available at Azal at the Al A'Ali Mall in Seef.
