Krikor H Kukeyan is the new executive assistant manager. Mr Kukeyan, a Jordanian national, brings with him nine years of InterContinental hospitality experience having worked with the chain in Palestine, Qatar and Gabon. "Krikor's primary role will be inter-departmental co-ordination, driving efficiency and liaison with our key clients and repeat guests to ensure we satisfy their requirements," said general manager James McDonald.
KP Shajeeb, a degree holder in hotel and catering management from the University of Madras, has been appointed as sales manager. Shajeeb started his career in Accor GSO in Chennai, India and later moved on to Le Meridien. His last assignment was at Sheraton Dammam. "Shajeeb of Indian nationality, brings with him nine years of international hospitality experience and will be looking after the corporate sales of both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia," said assistant director of sales Hazem Harfoush.
Ryan Rene P Advincula has been appointed as public relations manager. Mr Advincula studied in Bahrain where he has lived for 28 years. He has 10 years experience in the field of events management, branding, marketing and public relations. "Ryan's primary role is to maximize positive media and to manage all public relations obligations for the InterContinental Regency Bahrain," said Mr Harfoush.
