Dear Stan, Thank you for posting my daughter Yna's birthday pictures in your latest issue (GulfWeekly, March 18 - 24).

It was so easy to pass the pictures and it was well done!

Regards,

Dina Ra–ada Fuentes.

Dear Stan,

I have just read the article by Ismaeel Na'ar about losing his mother to breast cancer.

I cried so much because it was so wonderful to hear a young man speak so eloquently and lovingly about his mother. His mother has left a fantastic legacy in her son. I wish him success and happiness in his life.

Best regards,

Ursula Al Borshaid.

Dear Stan,

Can anyone please clarify when the government school children will go back to school in September? The GulfWeekly it is confirmed that it will be after Ramadan.

If this is so I need to take a leave of absence from my job because, even though they say children finish at the government schools in July, it is well known that, once their exams are over at the end of May/ early June, school is over for the summer. This means they will be off for four months!

Umm Omar,

By email.

Editor's note: I am happy to clarify that this was what an official confirmed to GulfWeekly, however I suggest you check with your child's school as closing dates may differ.

Dear Stan,

Just a quick email to say thank you for the article in GulfWeekly recently covering my work. I am most appreciative of your help and felt the article looked just great. So very many thanks.

Best regards,

Meriel (Wallace).
