Wednesday (May 13) Film - Hollywood Ending on Fox Movies at 9pm. Val Waxman (Woody Allen) is a two-time Oscar winner turned washed-up, neurotic director in desperate need of a comeback. His last film was a hit in Europe but bombs in America, and he is considered to be past it. However, his girlfriend convinces studio bosses to let him make a film about old-time Hollywood. Waxman finds himself backed into a corner - work for his ex-wife Ellie who dumped him for the studio head bankrolling the picture or forfeit his last shot at forwarding his career. Is Val blinded by love when he opts for the reconnect? Is love blind when it comes to Ellie's staunch support?
THURSDAY (May 14)
Film - The Emperor's New Clothes on Fox Movies at 11pm.
History tells us that Napoleon Bonaparte died in exile on the desolate island of St Helena in 1821. Or did he? A revisionist take on history, this tale proposes an alternative truth in which a secret network of loyalists hatches an ingenious plot: the Emperor will return to Paris, in order to reclaim his throne, while a look-alike takes his place in exile. Trading identities with a dissolute sailor, Napoleon is spirited back to France to reclaim his throne. Yet early on in the scheme, the plan goes awry.
FRIDAY (May 15)
Film - Ladies in Lavender on Fox Movies at 9pm.
Elderly sisters Janet (Maggie Smith) and Ursula (Judi Dench) Widdington live in a quiet coastal town outside Cornwall. After a violent storm, they awake to find a young man, Andrea, washed ashore and badly injured. Upon taking him in, his presence quietly invokes Ursula's abandoned feelings of longing and Janet's maternal instincts, while also arousing suspicion and fear in the township during pre-war times in Europe. But throughout Andrea's stay, the two sisters discover his true origins, his talents as a gifted violinist and embark on a journey they had never imagined for themselves.

Pre-eminent New York psychiatrist Dr Nathan Conrad (Michael Douglas) has a successful practice, a beautiful wife and a charming daughter. Making his way home for the Thanksgiving holiday, Conrad is summoned by a colleague to examine a young woman. Elisabeth Burrows (Brittany Murphy) presents a history of unexplained violence, failed treatments and misdiagnoses. Now he is Elisabeth's last chance before she is shipped off to a state institution. Little does Nathan suspect that Elisabeth is tied to a danger that has closed in on him and his family. Nathan's daughter has been kidnapped and to save her he must unlock a six-digit number locked away in Elisabeth's mind.
SUNDAY (May 17)
Film - The Way of the Gun on Fox Movies at 11pm.
Long-time partners Parker (Ryan Phillippe) and Longbaugh (Benicio Del Torro) are hoping for a quick and non-violent payoff when they abduct Robin, a young woman carrying the child of a wealthy south-western couple. But kidnapping proves to be much more complicated, logistically and psychologically, than other felonies they've committed. Parker is increasingly drawn to the mysterious Robin, whose imminent delivery date awakens strong feelings in him. Tensions rise between them as the moment for the ransom exchange approaches.
MONDAY (May 18)
Film - Cinderella Man on Star Movies at 8.30pm.
As the US enters the Great Depression, former boxer Jim Braddock (Russell Crowe) accepts a string of dead-end jobs to support his wife, Mae (RenŽe Zellweger), and their children. Thanks to a last-minute cancellation, Braddock finds himself back in the ring against the second-ranked world contender - and to everyone's amazement, he wins. Despite repeated injuries, Braddock continues to beat all challengers. Carrying on his shoulders the hopes of the disenfranchised, Braddock, dubbed the 'Cinderella Man,' now faces his toughest challenger in Max Baer (Craig Bierko).
TUESDAY (May 19)
Film - Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life on Fox Movies at 11pm.
From a script by first-time scribe Dean Georgaris, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life finds Angelina Jolie once again portraying the titular curvaceous adventurer. But where the first film saw Croft in a race against the Illuminati to acquire an elusive relic that offers control over life and death, this entry in the series follows the heroine as she ventures to an underwater temple in search of the mythological Pandora's Box. Unfortunately, once she secures the artefact, it is promptly stolen by the leader of a Chinese crime syndicate.
