Innovation key to success, says Memac

Marketing and consultancy leader Memac Ogilvy has highlighted innovation as the key to the challenging times ahead.

As part of his regional tour, Memac Ogilvy chairman Edmond Moutran visited Bahrain and attended the Memac Ogilvy Red Breakfast - the company's annual staff gathering, to share the company's vision and future goals and also interact with employees.

"Sustained innovation should be our approach to maintain and enhance the company's performance through these challenging times.

"We need to continue with creativity at work by developing new perspectives, generating new ideas and coming up with unique ways of doing things while offering the best communication solutions for our clients. This will lead us to add more to the success of our company which began its journey in Bahrain 25 years ago," he said.

As part of its ongoing employee recognition programme, the annual Red Breakfast event is also used as a platform to express admiration and gratitude to employees who have served the company well for a number of years.

Hasan Haider, Ruba Moawad and Doha El Helou were given a token of appreciation by Mr Moutran, who also presented them with longevity certificates.
