Al Riwaq Art Space in Adliya will host a solo exhibition of photographic works by Bahraini photographer Abdullah Al Khan from February 15 to 27. Stand-up comedy show, 'Komic Sutra Tour' by Nitin Mirani will be held on February 18 at the Elite Resort and Spa, Al Fateh Highway, from 7pm to 10pm. Accompanying him will be Firas Alola, Ibrahim Al Khairallah, Yousif Taha, Sherif Azab, Faraz Shafiq and Abdullah Mohammed. The event will be hosted by Waddah Swar.

A mixture of contemporary calligraphy, abstract paintings and bi-lingual poetry will be highlighted at the Elham23, the art group's monthly gathering, which will be held on February 23 at the Albareh Art Gallery in Adliya. Artisits featuring for this month's gathering will include Bahrain-based Egyptian artist Jehan Saleh and Bahraini student, poet and painter Masooma Al-Noaimi. The event will also feature photography and music and will provide the audience with an opportunity to enjoy local art. The evening will begin at 7.30pm and entry is free.
