Ebrahim K Kanoo, the sole distributor for Toyota and Lexus in Bahrain, was honoured by Toyota Motor Corporation with a special award in recognition of outstanding customer service activities and operations.
The prestigious 'Customer Service Excellence Award' for the year 2009 was handed to Mohammad E Kanoo, president of Ebrahim K Kanoo Company by Norihiro Yoshida, field operations manager of Toyota Middle East, in a special ceremony hosted in the company's main office in Manama.
The honoree award is achieved after an evaluation by Toyota Motor Corporation for all Toyota distributors around the world. Ebrahim K Kanoo showed outstanding progress last year in areas such as compatibility of the distributor's fundamentals with Toyota's fundamentals, providing advanced technical services and high quality products, high service capacity and operations.
