Among the top winners were Ashwani Sharma who was named Cricketer of the Year and Zaid Akhtar who was named Most Promising Player of the Year. Sanjay Rathod, David Cameron, Felix Chettiar and Tony Shepard were named Best Batsmen; Vijay Sailor, Saurabh Pande, Sachin Potnis and Steve Turner were named Best Bowlers; and Prachar Shukla, Darshan Vinnakota, Vijay Rana and Paddy Bateson were the Best Fielders.
