Situated on the waterfront in Malta, the Tigne Point apartments have been designed to offer a variety of different layouts and sizes.

The foreshore designs exploit the stunning views of Valletta, Sliema Creek or of the open sea, whilst the high rise apartments will boast the tranquility of the serene courtyards and gardens situated between the blocks. An extensive use of glass bathes the living spaces in natural light.

Crowning the eastern tip of the peninsula, the latest block at Tigne« Point, T10 completes the South phase of the development.

Some residences enjoy the captivating views of the magnificent Valletta skyline and Grand Harbour entrance or of the foreshore, whilst others overlook an open, landscaped courtyard or the beautifully restored 18th Century Fort TignŽ.

With interior finishes selected by renowned designer Pippa Toledo, T10 also incorporates a centralised heating and cooling (HVAC) plant.

These apartments were very well received and only a handful are still available.

Tigne Point senior sales and marketing manager James Vassallo said: "We have managed to retain our prices and still achieve a reasonable and steady stream of sales notwithstanding the adverse market conditions."

The average apartment size is around 250m2 and some penthouses are 650m2. Many of these have huge terraces suitable for entertaining, high ceilings, lots of natural light and most are semi-detached.

Tigne Point is marketing two-bedroom seafront apartments and three-bedroom fully finished homes. Prices start from £360,000 (BD212,000)

Open plan penthouses, each with private infinity swimming pools overlook the bay towards the World Heritage capital of Valetta and cost £1,333,000 (BD 783,000).
