WEDNESDAY (Sept 29) Film - Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen on OSN Movies HD at 7pm

Bombastic action filmmaker Michael Bay reunites with original cast member Shia La Beouf and Megan Fox for this action-packed sequel. A dastardly new adversary in the shape of The Fallen steps in to avenge the destruction of Megatron and lead the evil Decepticons into battle against the heroic Autobots once more.

THURSDAY (Sept 30)

Series - So You Think You Can Dance Season 6 at 7pm

In this sixth season, Adam Shankman pulled up a permanent seat behind the judges table, and the show introduced a 'Meet the Top 20' episode that showcased the finalists in their styles before the competition kicked off. Although a tap dancer had never broken into the Top 20 in previous seasons, Season 6 had three (Bianca Revels, Phillip Attmore, and Peter Sabasino). And Latin Ballroom beauties Ashleigh & Ryan Di Lello became the first married couple on the show.

Series - Masterchef - The Professionals on BBC Lifestyle at 8.40pm

Thirty-six chefs are put through their paces to find out who will be crowned the champion. Double-Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roux Junior and MasterChef veteran Gregg Wallace are on the hunt for a young chef who has the ambition, drive and talent to make it to the top table of the culinary world. Over the course of three weeks, 36 chefs are filtered down to just one winner.

TUESDAY (Oct 5)

Film - Land of the Lost on Showmovies at 10pm.

Comedic genius Will Ferrell stars as has-been scientist Dr Rick Marshall, who gets more than he bargained for when his expedition takes a wrong turn into the Land of the Lost.
