THE secrets of providing customers with a 'superior service' will come under the spotlight at a special seminar at the Gulf Convention Centre.

Internationally-acclaimed educator and motivator Ron Kaufman has been booked to appear by the Bahrain Institute of Hospitality & Retail (BIHR) on February 14.

The seminar is entitled 'The Secrets of Superior Service' and the author of the bestselling series UP Your Service! will speak on how to increase customer base, achieve improved levels of sales, service and performance, and build relationships with customers, suppliers and team members.

"With our commitment to provide the best possible trainers and presentations on various aspects of management, leadership and human development in Bahrain, Ron will prove to be the answer to all customer service requirements," said Sandipan Sarkar, manager of BIHR.

"We feel privileged to present the most sought-after guru in customer service to share his experience and know-how again on the island. The service sector community will greatly benefit from his powerful insights."

His presentation delivers hard facts with lots of humour. 'The Secrets of Superior Service' is appropriate for everyone involved with service, the organisers say.

From presidents and managers to frontline service staff, the presentation has consistently received high ratings. Every section of this programme features specific actions members of the audience can take right away to improve and deliver better service.

He provides clients with upbeat yet practical education through keynote speeches, interactive workshops, teambuilding programmes, management retreats, conference games and customised curriculum.

Having worked in more than 80 countries with multinational companies and government bodies, more than three million people have been motivated by his high-energy presentations.
