KUWAIT Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) hosted 15 delegates from the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) taking part in BIPA’s leadership development programme, Induction to Senior Civil Service (ISCS).
Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, managing director and CEO of KFH-Bahrain addressed the delegates, comprising of directors from various ministries and government entities across the kingdom and spoke about the importance of ‘Entrepreneurial Skills & the Role of the Public Sector Leader in National Development.’
The session focused on ways to shape and influence public sector leaders in their roles and their approach to achieving the kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Mr Alkhayyat said: “KFH-Bahrain continues to work hand in hand with the government of Bahrain to further build the economy and develop key sectors within it.”
